Heute: Alcachofas al jerez con jam\u00f3n serrano von Kollegin Evelyn:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zutaten:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 Dosen\nArtischockenherzen, je ca. 400 g (Alternativ: frische Artischocken sch\u00e4len)<br>\n200 g\nspanischer Serrano-Schinken<br>\n1\nkleine Zwiebel<br>\n3 EL\nOliven\u00f6l<br>\n1 Knoblauchzehe<br>\nEine\nPrise Salz,&nbsp;schwarzer Pfeffer sowie etwas&nbsp;Cayennepfeffer<br>\n0,2 l\ntrockener Sherry<br>\n1 EL\nSherryessig<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>So geht&#8217;s:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Artischocken\nin einem Sieb abtropfen. Zwiebel sch\u00e4len und in Oliven\u00f6l d\u00fcnsten. Knoblauch\nsch\u00e4len und pressen und in die Pfanne dazugeben. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und\nCayennepfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Mit Sherry und Sherryessig aufgie\u00dfen, aufkochen und die\nArtischocken in dem Sud bei milder Hitze ca. 10-15 Minuten ziehen\nlassen.&nbsp;Den Serrano-Schinken in schmale Streifen schneiden und zum Schluss\nuntermischen. Artischocken samt Sud in eine Schale f\u00fcllen und etwas abk\u00fchlen\nlassen.
