Nach dem Kochen von der Haut befreien und beiseite stellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Stellen Sie Wasser f\u00fcr den Seeteufel auf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; In der Zwischenzeit den Rest des Seeteufels in W\u00fcrfel\nschneiden und mit etwas Salz w\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Lorbeerblatt und \u00d6l einen Eintopf\nmachen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seeteufel&nbsp; (oder\ntiefgefrorene St\u00fccke )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Lorbeerblatt und \u00d6l in einen Topf\ngeben. Wenn die Zwiebel glasig ist, die gehackten Tomaten, den gehackten\nKoriander, den Wei\u00dfwein und eine Prise Pfeffer hinzuf\u00fcgen, abdecken und\ngelegentlich umr\u00fchren. Nach dem Anbraten das Lorbeerblatt entfernen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Nutzen Sie die eingekochte Sud des Seeteufels, (oder\nGem\u00fcse-Br\u00fche) f\u00fcr den Reis, den Sie in der Br\u00fche kochen. Wenn noch Br\u00fche \u00fcbrig ist,\nk\u00f6nnen Sie diesen f\u00fcr den Reis nutzen, wenn dieser einkocht.
