Ganz so wie die Taubenmassen auf dem Markusplatz. Da kann es \u2013 gerade in der Hochsaison \u2013 schnell einmal un\u00fcbersichtlich und trubelig werden und in ein eher stressiges Abklappern der bekanntesten Attraktionen ausarten. Noch dazu werden h\u00e4ufig gesalzene Preise verlangt \u2013 ob f\u00fcr den Kaffee, f\u00fcr das Abendessen oder auch f\u00fcr den Venedig-Klassiker: eine stilvolle Gondelfahrt. Wer dem Get\u00fcmmel jedoch trotzdem f\u00fcr eine Weile entfliehen m\u00f6chte und wer das ganz urspr\u00fcngliche, v\u00f6llig untouristische Herz Venedigs kennen lernen m\u00f6chte, der sollte sich unbedingt einmal in die Viertel etwas abseits der Sehensw\u00fcrdigkeiten begeben.<br \/>\nGar nicht weit weg (ca. 15 Minuten zu Fu\u00df Richtung Osten) vom bekannten Markusplatz finden sich viele, eher kleine, Gassen und Br\u00fccken. Diese sind nicht im Entferntesten so \u00fcberlaufen wie alles rechts und links vom Canal Grande. Es ist eine einzige Wohltat, dort entlang zu schlendern, typische Venezianer mit ihren kleinen, oft recht ramponiert aussehenden, Booten durch die winzigen Kan\u00e4le steuern zu sehen, w\u00e4hrend \u00fcber den K\u00f6pfen die bunte W\u00e4sche im warmen Wind flattert und einem die herrlichen D\u00fcfte der italienischen K\u00fcche in die Nase steigen. W\u00e4hrend die Touristen abends in ihre Hotels oder auf ihr Kreuzfahrtschiff zur\u00fcckgehen, kehren die Einheimischen in \u201eihr\u201c Venedig zur\u00fcck. Die Stimmung auf einer Gondel mit den lustigen Gondolieren ist schon einzigartig \u2013 gerade wenn diese auch noch ein St\u00e4ndchen anstimmen und einen mit ihrer guten Laune anstecken. Doch kann man sich auch anders und vor allem deutlich g\u00fcnstiger auf dem Wasser bewegen: mit den zahlreichen Vaporetti. Diese \u201eWasserbusse\u201c sind quasi der \u00d6PNV Venedigs. Entdeckt man also vom Wasser aus bspw. ein tolles Haus, eine sch\u00f6n gelegene Gasse oder einfach nur ein nettes Eiscaf\u00e9, so kann man das Vaporetto an der n\u00e4chsten Haltestelle verlassen und ein paar Vaporetti sp\u00e4ter seine Tour fortsetzen.
