{"id":3138,"date":"2015-10-24T20:49:23","date_gmt":"2015-10-24T18:49:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.olimar.de\/?p=3138"},"modified":"2017-05-18T16:37:42","modified_gmt":"2017-05-18T14:37:42","slug":"segway-palma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.olimar.de\/segway-palma\/","title":{"rendered":"Auf dem Segway Palma de Mallorca entdecken"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"intro\">Segways, das sind elektrisch angetriebene, roller\u00e4hnliche Fahrzeuge, die allein durch Gewichtsverlagerung gesteuert werden, bis zu 20 km\/h schnell, dabei extrem wendig und fast ger\u00e4uschlos sind.<br \/>\nEinfach perfekt geeignet also, um sich damit z.B. in den engen Altstadtgassen Palmas auf flotte Sightseeing-Tour zu begeben. Denn die Bedienung des Segways ist extrem schnell zu erlernen und macht riesig gro\u00dfen Spa\u00df.<\/p>\n<p>Um 11 Uhr treffe ich die f\u00fcnf Mitfahrer und unseren Guide Ines im B\u00fcro von <strong>Segway Palma<\/strong>, zwischen Kathedrale und Hafen in der Altstadt gelegen. Ausgestattet mit Helmen und jeder mit einem Segway im Schlepptau marschieren wir zun\u00e4chst auf die nur wenige Schritte entfernte <strong>Pla\u00e7a Llotja<\/strong> &#8211; f\u00fcr die kommenden 30 Minuten unser \u00dcbungsparcours. Eigentlich sieht es kinderleicht aus: Sie stellt sich entspannt aufs Segway, lehnt sich leicht nach vorne und&#8230; f\u00e4hrt los. In eleganten Bewegungen kurvt sie \u00fcber den Platz, wird schneller, indem sie sich st\u00e4rker nach vorne lehnt, und langsamer, indem sie sich wieder weiter zur\u00fcck lehnt. Sogar R\u00fcckw\u00e4rtsfahren kann sie auf diese Weise. Denn nun sind auch schon wir dran. Einer nach dem anderen steigt mit wackeligen Beinen aufs Segway&#8230; und f\u00e4hrt tats\u00e4chlich langsam los. Es ist zwar in den ersten Minuten etwas ungewohnt, doch von Minute zu Minute f\u00fchlen wir uns wohler auf den zweir\u00e4drigen Untersetzern und halten den Lenker nicht mehr ganz so verkrampft fest. Stattdessen sind wir nun fit f\u00fcr Fullspeed! Denn bislang haben wir uns im &#8220;Schildkr\u00f6ten-Modus&#8221; bewegt. Und schon gehts weiter, und zwar in die ersten <strong>engen Gassen der Altstadt<\/strong>. Ines f\u00fchrt uns zu ein paar der sch\u00f6nsten von Palmas ber\u00fchmten <strong>Innenh\u00f6fe<\/strong>, zeigt uns, in welchem Caf\u00e9 es die leckerste hei\u00dfe Schokolade gibt, wir passieren die <strong>Arabischen B\u00e4der<\/strong>, dann die <strong>Pla\u00e7a Mayor<\/strong> und lernen nach und nach weitere sch\u00f6ne Highlights von <strong>Europas gr\u00f6\u00dftem Altstadtkern<\/strong> kennen. Sozusagen eine <strong>Sightseeing-Tour im rasanten Schnelldurchlauf<\/strong>. Und so sind wir auch alle etwas traurig, als wir viel zu schnell wieder an unserem Ausgangspunkt angelangt sind und von den lieb gewonnenen Segways absteigen m\u00fcssen. Alle Mitfahrer schw\u00e4rmen und sind restlos begeistert von dieser Sightseeing-Tour der ganz\u00a0 besonderen Art.<br \/>\nWie gut, dass es noch eine alternative buchbare Tour gibt: Von der Altstadt aus an der <strong>Plaja de Palma am Meer entlang bis nach Can Pastilla<\/strong> und wieder zur\u00fcck. Und da Segwayfahren angeblich wie Fahrradfahren ist &#8211; man verlernt es nicht &#8211; k\u00f6nnen n\u00e4chstes Mal auch die anf\u00e4nglichen \u00dcbungsrunden etwas abgek\u00fcrzt werden und wir k\u00f6nnen uns direkt etwas entspannter auf den Weg machen&#8230;<\/p>\n<div class=\"green-box\">\n<strong>OLIMAR Tipps<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Einziger Anbieter in Palma de Mallorca ist Segway Palma (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.segwaypalma.com\" target=\"_blank\">www.segwaypalma.com<\/a>). W\u00e4hlbar sind Segway-Touren zwischen 1-3 Stunden. Diese f\u00fchren entweder durch die Altstadt, entlang der Playa de Palma oder sind eine Kombination aus beidem.
