Diese soll dem Umweltschutz und der Nachhaltigkeit zugute kommen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Konkret bedeutet dies f\u00fcr unsere G\u00e4ste auf <a href=\"https:\/\/www.olimar.de\/spanien\/balearen\/mallorca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mallorca<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/www.olimar.de\/spanien\/balearen\/mallorca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ibiza<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die &#8220;Ecotasa&#8221; (\u00d6kosteuer) wird nicht in den Reisepreis hineingerechnet, sondern von den \u00dcbernachtungsg\u00e4sten direkt vor Ort im Hotel bezahlt. Die H\u00f6he bemisst sich nach der Kategorie der Unterkunft wie folgt pro Person und Nacht:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>5-Sterne-Hotels: 4,40 \u20ac<\/li>\n<li>4-Sterne-Hotels: 3,30 \u20ac<\/li>\n<li>3-Sterne-Hotels: 2,20 \u20ac<\/li>\n<li>Landhotels und Fincas: 2,20 \u20ac<\/li>\n<li>Appartements und Ferienh\u00e4user: 2,20 \u20ac bis 4,40 \u20ac je nach Kategorie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kinder und Jugendliche bis 16 Jahre sind von dieser Steuer ausgenommen. In der Nebensaison, genauer zwischen dem 01.11.2016-30.04.2017, gelten 75% Rabatt auf alle S\u00e4tze.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In s\u00e4mtlichen Hotel-Informationen aus dem OLIMAR Balearen-Programm ist die neue Steuer ab sofort als Hinweistext deutlich ausgewiesen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dies ist dann \u00fcbrigens bereits der zweite Versuch der Einf\u00fchrung einer Touristensteuer auf Mallorca und den Nachbarinseln. Bereits im Jahr 2001 gab es konkrete Besteuerungspl\u00e4ne der Balearen-Regierung. Gegen diese wurde jedoch von der Landesregierung in Madrid interveniert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bleibt zu hoffen, dass die Gelder der neuen Steuer sinnvoll in solch nachhaltige Projekte und in den Umweltschutz investiert werden, dass sie dem Tourismus auf den Inseln langfristig wieder zugute kommen. Denn dass man bei dem hohen Touristenaufkommen auf den Balearen, der in diesem Jahr vermutlich noch einmal Rekorde sprengen wird, auch in die Bewahrung von Umwelt und Natur investieren muss, ist nachvollziehbar und w\u00fcnschenswert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Regierung der Balearen hat eine <a href=\"http:\/\/www.illessostenibles.travel\/sites\/impostturisme\/de\/introduccia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Webseite mit vielen Informationen rund um die neue \u00d6ko-Abgabe<\/a> eingerichtet. Dort gibt es &#8211; auch in deutscher Sprache &#8211; Hinweise und Beispiele zur Verwendung der Steuer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Im OLIMAR Programm gibt es zahlreiche Unterk\u00fcnfte, die mit dem typischen Massentourismus-Hotel auf Mallorca nicht viel gemein haben. In vielen Fincas, Herrenh\u00e4usern und Landhotels, sogenannten Rurals, wohnen Urlauber in idyllischer, ruhiger Natur abseits vom Touristentrubel.
